Moesi s.n.c. (”Moesi”), firm manager of the Web Site www.moesi.com  (”Moesi”), provides the information concerning the treatment of the personal data given for the utilization of the services offered by Moesi (the “Services”), as per the provisions of Italian law 31 December 1996 No. 675 and subsequent modifications, see Decree-Law 30 June 2003, No.196, listing rules for the treatment of persons and other subjects (”D.Lgs. 196/03″) relating to the treatment of personal data.

Preface: The treatment of personal data related to the single Services proposed by Moesi is assigned to specific responsible persons. Herebelow the list of these persons with the corresponding single service proposed:

As per provision by Italian Law on the protection of personal data (D.Lgs. 196/03) we wish to inform you of the following points:

1 - The personal data collected will be treated by automatic filing into the informatics system of the society responsible for the hosting services TOL.IT, for use connected to the activities of Moesi English Site and to the Services:

· 1.1 - to provide assistance on the utilization of the Services and, in general, for the management of the Services;

· 1.2 - to send communications concerning the methods of utilization of the Services;

· 1.3 - only upon prior consent, to send commercial communications relating to Moesi and/or to the Services and to the activities of Moesi or of third persons, the latter only if already Moesi Clients.

2 - The provision of some personal data is mandatory in order to use the Services. The use of the Services is subject to the acceptance of the present Information note. Moesi reserves itself the right to interrupt the provision of Services in cases where the information received has proved not to be true.

3 - If the client does not intend to give his/her consensus to the treatment and to the scopes indicated in para. 1.3 above, his/her refusal does not affect the existing contract and the data provided will be used exclusively for the scopes indicated in paras. 1.1 and 1.2 above, which strictly concern the provision of Services.

4 - The personal data provided by the client can be communicated exclusively to:

· 4.1 - societies connected or controlled that are part of our group, only to pursue the same scopes for which the data have been collected;

· 4.2 - public or private entities to fulfil the obligations listed by the contract, by the law or by E.U. norms;

· 4.3 - the personal data can be transferred abroad, subject to prior consensus and within the limits of TITOLO VII - TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD (D.Lgs. 196/03 - art. 42, art. 43, art. 44, art. 45)

5 - Art.7 of D.Lgs. 196/03 provides the user some rights in relation to the treatment of his/her personal data, among them:

· 5.1 - the right to know, by access to the registry as per art. 10 D.Lgs. 196/03 or by request to the person responsible for the treatment, the existence of data treatment that might concern the user;

· 5.2 - the right to obtain the updating, the modification or the integration of data as well as their cancellation, change into an anonymous form or blockage if treated in violation of law;

· 5.3 - the right to refuse data’s treatment for the finalities indicated above, only for legitimate reasons;

· 5.4 - the right to refuse data’s treatment for commercial or promotion information, for receipt of advertising material or for market research stuties.

6 - Entitled to the treatment of data is the Moesi s.n.c., represented by the person who, from time to time, is the legal representative of the society, unless nominated as per D.Lgs. 196/03.
